Swoop

Terms of Use

Effective July 7, 2026

Swoop is a macOS utility for saving videos and files to your own Mac. These terms explain what you can expect from Swoop and what we expect from you.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for what you download with Swoop. You may use Swoop only for content that you own, are licensed to save, or otherwise have permission to download and keep.

You must comply with applicable laws, copyright rules, website terms, platform rules, and any restrictions that apply to the content or service you access.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Swoop to:

License

When you purchase Swoop, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on up to two Macs that you own or control, unless a different limit is shown at checkout.

Swoop is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, website, brand, and related materials.

Trial and Activation

Swoop may include a free trial. After the trial ends, downloads may require a valid license key. License activation and validation may be handled by Lemon Squeezy.

We may disable or revoke license keys that are refunded, charged back, fraudulently obtained, shared beyond the license limit, or otherwise misused.

Third-Party Services

Swoop may interact with websites, media hosts, browser APIs, macOS services, Lemon Squeezy, Cloudflare, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, availability, or policies.

No Warranty

Swoop is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that Swoop will work with every website, video, format, network, device, or future platform change.

Refunds and Contact

Our refund policy is available at /refunds. Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds or chargebacks as merchant of record according to its own policies.
